Can I Become A Builder?

Hey, it's Fallax here, as you can see, I finished my glass tower of biomes near spawn, I personally think it's pretty cool. I'd like to think of it as a resume.

So far, i think the spawn area is pretty dull. I was wondering if I could have building privileges to liven up the place. If not, I will build within my faction near spawn, and attempt not to die, lol. I really do hope you guys let me do this, I love this server. Hope to hear from you!
