I can't do /help

For some reason the server will not give me the list of commands when i do /help, can i have some help?

[/mcc] for mcmmo's commands
[/f h] for faction help (as well as [/f h 2] to [/f h 8])
[/afk] to set yourself as afk
[/list] or [/who] to see who's online
[/spawn] to return to spawn
[/msg playername message] to send a private message to a player
[/r message] to reply (in private) to the last user who sent you a private message
