Combat Logging

When I first started doing a little pvp in this server I was frustrated that my prey could disconnect when I was in the middle of killing him. That's why there should be a combat tagging plugin on this server where if you hit an enemy player wielding anything it gives the player getting hit a ten second delay before they can log out again. If the player getting hit fails to follow this instruction and logs out then he automatically dies when he logs back in and the attacking player gets all of his items and armor. I have already played on another pvp server with this plugin enabled and it has unallowed any player from leaving the fight without penalty done. I hope you take this plugin into consideration for it will allow fair pvp.
